In total 60 winners from 12 countries including Lance Armstrong. All victories of Armstrong (USA) and the 2010 victory of Contador (SPA) have been scratched by the ASO (Tour organisation - and the UCI). This proces is an arbitrary business: think of riders like Anquetil, Riis, Pantani, Thévenet, etc. also using doping but whose results are not deleted, eg because of limitation of the doping faul in years). Moreover, in most cases, almost all the top-10-related riders used doping, so that the deletion of the results of a single rider can be considered as a remarkable happening.
